Based in Saskatoon, Jesse spent the last five years building some of Canada's most active early-stage investment programs. At Startup TNT, he built the TNT Saskatchewan and Agri-Food powered by FCC programs, launched TNT Manitoba and BC, and supported the other TNT programs across the country. He activated hundreds of new angel investors who have deployed millions of dollars into Canadian startups. He also built TNT's investor and founder education program, delivering over 40 sessions with top global subject matter experts. CVCA listed Startup TNT as Canada's most active pre-seed investor in 2023, the most active pre-seed and seed investor in Western Canada in 2024, and Canada's most active private investment firm in 2025, only surpassed by BDC in deal count.

Jesse is the co-founder of WieGrow Capital alongside his father Doyle Wiebe, one of the original co-founders of FCC AgExpert. WieGrow has invested in more than 45 startups, is an LP in four funds including Panache Ventures, Tall Grass Ventures, and TNT Capital, and has deployed over $1M into early-stage Canadian companies over the past five years. He received the SABEX Community Impact Award in 2024, the Wanda Hunchak Leadership Award in 2025, and was named one of the 20 most impactful leaders in economic development in Western Canada by WCEF in 2026.
